The apartment is located slightly elevated on the sunny hill/side of Schladming, only a short walk away from the city center or the WM-Park Planai. You have an amazing, unobstructed view on the Planai Slope (NightRace). The ski bus stops only about 100m away Hiking and cycling trails start directly next to the apartment. Quiet, but still just a stone’s throw away of the citiy center or party scene, a beautiful place for a perfect holiday.

Tolle Tage in Schladming
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Penthaus am Sonnenhang. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist groß, modern und top ausgestattet. Zusätzlich haben uns die sehr netten Gastgeber den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und einfach (An-/Abreise) gestaltet.

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location with a balcony with a distinctive view
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It has everything a family needs on vacation. There are games and stories for children. The view on the balcony is very beautiful. It is close to summer events and the city center. The owner of the apartment is very cooperative, kind, and responsive to all inquiries, and extended our checkout time until 12 o’clock.

Perfect Penthouse Apartment
We rented the penthouse apartment as our base for the Alpentour Trophy.
The apartment is specious, clean and all what you need for a more than comfortable stay.
The location is close to the centre of Schladming. Either for a walk or by car.
For sure I would recommend to rent this apartment.

We enjoyed every moment
We stayed in the apartment for four nights with 3 children. We enjoyed every moment. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. The cleanliness is at a very high level. The availability of the hosts is excellent. Highly recommended !!!
