The apartment is located slightly elevated on the sunny hill/side of Schladming, only a short walk away from the city center or the WM-Park Planai. You have an amazing, unobstructed view on the Planai Slope (NightRace). The ski bus stops only about 100m away Hiking and cycling trails start directly next to the apartment. Quiet, but still just a stone’s throw away of the citiy center or party scene, a beautiful place for a perfect holiday.

The Schladming-Dachstein World Cup region, Ski amadé, the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area, the Dachstein Glacier and the smaller ski areas such as Fageralm, Stoderzinken, Galsterbergalm, the Ramsau ski region and Schneebärenland guarantee unlimited skiing fun.
230 km of perfectly groomed pistes, 85 cable cars and chairlifts and 97 rustic (après) ski huts offer a wide range of winter vacation options in Schladming-Dachstein.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Penthaus am Sonnenhang. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist groß, modern und top ausgestattet. Zusätzlich haben uns die sehr netten Gastgeber den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und einfach (An-/Abreise) gestaltet. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Danke

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location with a balcony with a distinctive view

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It has everything a family needs on vacation. There are games and stories for children. The view on the balcony is very beautiful. It is close to summer events and the city center. The owner of the apartment is very cooperative, kind, and responsive to all inquiries, and extended our checkout time until 12 o’clock.
