Apartment booking

Notice:

We collect a security-deposit of 500,00€ due to the very exclusive and very high-quality fittings. This security deposit is NOT included and NOT calculated in the displayed apartment price!
We ask that you transfer the security deposit to our bank account no later than 14 days before your arrival (any fees are at your expense!). This €500.00 deposit will be refunded a few days after your departure, if you leave the apartment in the same condition as you took it over (see Terms and Conditions for details).
